These terms govern your purchase and use of GEMs Planning for Claude (the "Product"), sold by Kathy Keating ("we," "us") through gemgoals.com.
What you're buying
GEMs Planning for Claude is a digital product consisting of a Claude skill file, planning guides, templates, and supporting materials. The product is delivered electronically after purchase. It is not a SaaS subscription, not a hosted service, and not software that we operate on your behalf. Once installed, the product runs entirely within your own Claude account and your own Google Workspace environment. You own all data generated through your use of the product.
Platform compatibility
GEMs Planning for Claude is built and optimized to run as a skill within Anthropic's Claude. Other AI platforms offer features similar to Claude skills, and the product files may function in those environments. We do not test against other platforms, do not optimize for them, and do not warrant compatibility with any platform other than Claude. If you choose to use the product outside of Claude, you do so at your own discretion and without support from us.
License scope
Solo tier: Licensed for use by one named individual. The license is personal and non-transferable. You may install the skill in one Claude account that you personally control.
Team tier: Licensed for up to five named individuals. The purchaser receives five licenses to distribute at their discretion. Each named user may install the skill in one Claude account that they personally control. Named users may be changed by contacting us.
Company tier: License scope is defined in your individual agreement.
What you may not do
You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the product files with anyone outside your licensed user count. You may not use the product to create a competing planning product or service. You may not publish the skill file, the guides, or the templates in any public repository or shared workspace accessible to unlicensed users.
Updates
Updates to the product are included for as long as the product is actively maintained. Updates are delivered by email to the address used at purchase. We are under no obligation to ship updates on any particular schedule, and we reserve the right to discontinue the product at any time. If the product is discontinued, your existing license and files remain valid and usable.
Refund policy
If the product isn't useful to you within 30 days of purchase, email us at support@gemgoals.com and we will refund your purchase in full. No forms, no questions.
Payment processing
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which is built on Stripe. We do not store your payment information. Lemon Squeezy's terms of service and privacy policy govern the payment transaction.
Intellectual property
The GEMs framework, the GEMs Planning for Claude skill, the planning guides, templates, and all associated materials are the intellectual property of Kathy Keating. The GEMs name is a trademark of Kathy Keating. Your license grants you the right to use the product for your own planning practice. It does not grant you ownership of the framework, the methodology, or any of the underlying intellectual property.
Limitation of liability
The product is a planning framework and supporting materials. It is not consulting advice, legal advice, financial advice, or a guarantee of business outcomes. We are not liable for decisions made using the product, outcomes achieved or not achieved, or any damages arising from your use of the product. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the product after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
